1. Introduction

Welcome to BingBong. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and booking services for birthday parties, summer camps, playground access, and toy purchases. By accessing our site or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

We provide event planning services, indoor playground facilities, summer camp programs, and retail sales of toys.

  • Party Bookings: Scheduled events at our facility or specified locations.
  • Summer Camps: Seasonal supervised programs for children involving various activities.
  • Playground Access: Ticketed entry to our indoor play area.
  • Toy Shop: Retail sales of goods.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required to secure your reservation.

  • Full payment or a specified deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the booked rate.
  • We use CyberSource for secure payment processing. By making a payment, you agree to their terms of service.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Due to the limited capacity and high demand for our services, we do not offer refunds for any cancellations, non-attendance, or changes of mind. This policy applies strictly to:

  • Summer Camp Registrations: Once registered, camp spots are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Birthday Party Deposits & Balances: All payments made for party bookings are non-refundable.
  • Playground Tickets: Entry tickets are valid only for the selected date and time and are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that BingBong must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility maintenance, extreme weather), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a rescheduling option or store credit.

5. Summer Camp Specific Terms

Participation in our Summer Camp programs requires adherence to the following specific terms:

Health & Safety

Parents/Guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of registration. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any child who is ill or poses a health risk to others.

Code of Conduct

All campers are expected to behave respectfully. BingBong reserves the right to dismiss any camper whose conduct is deemed dangerous, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.

Pickup & Drop-off

Children must be dropped off and picked up at designated times. Late pickups may incur additional fees. Identification may be required for release of a child.

6. Liability Waiver

By using our facilities or participating in our programs, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical activity and play.

  • BingBong is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from the use of our facilities.
  • Parents/Guardians are responsible for the supervision and behavior of their children at all times within the playground, unless participating in a supervised drop-off program like Summer Camp.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BingBong, its employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your or your child's use of our services.
